We would love you to consider Murphy's Irish Pub, Restaurant and Rose Garden for your special day. Please see enclosed our special events menus, private room charges, bar prices and vendor recommendations, along with our terms and conditions and photographs for your review.
Please consult us to create any menu for your special event including items not listed on the enclosed menus. We also offer comprehensive wedding packages to ease the planning of your day.
You are welcome to visit at anytime as we would be delighted to give you a personal guided tour, discuss all aspects of your event, arrange the seating plan and finalize the menu of your choice. Facilities Rental and Set-Up:
Rental Fees include:
- Tables, chairs, white linens, glassware, silverware & flatware.
- Manager, Servers & Bartenders, set up & clean up crew.
- Cake cutting & serving.
- Dance Area
- Ipod hook up & use of our superior Bose sound system. A guest must act as DJ.
- Table numbers, TV/VCR/DVD & IPOD connection, if requested.
- Rehearsal time – (subject to availability.)
- Brides changing room (subject to availability.)
Outdoor Rose Garden: (minimum 40; maximum 250 guests).
$850 for four hours; thereafter $200 per hour, for a maximum of 2 additional hours.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
- There will be an additional charge of $100 if your wedding ceremony is held here, adding ½ hour to the end of your event.
Outdoor Patio/Deck: (minimum 30; maximum 100 guests).
$600 for four hours; thereafter $100 per hour, for a maximum of 2 additional hours.
- A non-refundable deposit of is required to reserve your date.
- There will be an additional charge of $100 if your wedding ceremony is held here, adding ½ to the end of your event.
Indoor Pub: (minimum 20; maximum 60 guests).
$300 for four hours; thereafter $100 per hour, for a maximum of 2 additional hours.
- A non-refundable deposit of is required to reserve your date.
- There will be an additional charge of $100 if your wedding ceremony is held here, adding ½ hour to the end of your event.
Indoor Pub and Restaurant: (minimum 60; maximum 120 guests).
$600 for four hours; thereafter $150 per hour, for a maximum of 2 additional hours.
- A non-refundable deposit of is required to reserve your date.
- There will be an additional charge of $100 if your wedding ceremony is held here, adding ½ hour to the end of your event.

If your service provider is NOT from this list please have them contact us before your event to go over rules & restrictions at our Restaurant.
2011 Event Policies
Included in our facility rental fee:
- Tables, chairs, white linens, glassware, silverware & flatware.
- Manager, Servers & Bartenders, set up & clean up crew.

Menu Requirements:
- All food is prepared by Murphy’s. No outside caterers are allowed. We prepare all food & hors d’oeuvres, based on your total guest count, no ½ orders are allowed. We do not allow “to go food”. If requested, we will pack up some food for the Bride & Groom ONLY.
- Complimentary dinner for two in our restaurant. This is in lieu of a formal food tasting, and is intended for you to taste the quality of the food & our style.
- (Children 0-3 years – no charge, 4-10 years – ½ price)
Bar Requirements:
- Most groups purchase all their beverages from Murphy’s, but occasionally special wines may be brought in, for which we charge a corkage fee of $14.00 for each 750ml bottle we open & serve.
- No outside kegs are allowed, we can offer an assortment of Draught and Bottled beers for you and your guests.
- All beverages are charged on a consumption basis.
- By law, we only serve alcohol to people who are 21 years or older.
- We reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who, in our opinion, is Intoxicated.
- "Open Hosted" bars will be re-evaluated after 4 hours by our staff.
- Events can extend room rental time, at our discretion, for a maximum of two additional hours.
- Confirmation of the number of guests is required 10 days prior to your scheduled event. You are responsible for this number or the actual in attendance, whichever is greater.
- We will accept your guest’s party favors, etc…1 day prior to your wedding, as storage space is very limited.
- You and your outside vendors have access to our facility & grounds 1 hour prior to your scheduled event.
- The final event balance is due at the conclusion of your event.
Additional Information:
- Murphy’s is not responsible for lost or missing articles.
- Your deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable. We will refund a deposit only if we are able to re-sell the date to another party. $200.00 deduction for administrative fees.
- Murphy’s Staff will set up certain items for you when setting up your event, these items are:
- A Party favor at each place setting
- Cake Knife & server, if providing
- Toasting Goblets, if provided
- Disposable cameras, unwrapped please
- Escort Cards or name cards – with instructions for our staff
- Candles.

About Murphy's Irish Pub

Yvonne and Keith Simpson (owners and managers) opened Murphy's Irish Pub & Rockwater Restaurant in 1996.
Yvonne and Keith Simpson were married in September 2006 at Edgewood Golf Course in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
